For Your Future Enjoyment

When I was a Cast Member at Walt Disney World, our rehabilitation signs were always my favorite to see, but perhaps not for the reasons you may expect. After all, areas that were closed and/or under renovation often yielded grimaces and gripes from guests. But to me, an overall-clad Mickey Mouse, blueprints in hand and clearly on his way to something exciting, always brought a smile to my face. And the message - This Area Is Being Refurbished For Your Future Enjoyment - adds to that sense of excitement. After all, true to Disney form, its a message about the guest: the work we are doing here is, ultimately, for you.

And so it is with this blog. In the coming days, you'll see more about the things that matter the most to me when it comes to the business world - hospitality, branding, service, and education - in hopes that it will bring you, my Guests on the internet, something new, fresh, and helpful.
